Yes. Every client deployment uses a dedicated database instance — no data, configurations, or information is shared between clients, regardless of deployment model. SaaS deployments also use separate server resources per client. Our personnel do not access your data except for pre-approved upgrades or emergency support, and all access is logged.

Admins create user accounts and assign roles that control exactly what each person can see and do. Field workers log in through the same portal URL — the app automatically presents a mobile-optimized interface with their assignments, work reports, photo and GPS capture, and QR code scanning for inventory pickups. No separate install or setup required.

Instead of raw coordinates and GIS software, field teams work with named object types (like "installed concrete telephone pole") organized into configurable layers. You can import existing data from GeoJSON, CSV, Excel, or ESRI File Geodatabase — the map is ready to use immediately with no GIS expertise required.
